Oakley Vessel - Hudson Yards

Luxottica partnered with Ryan Scott to create a memorable display for the launch of Oakley’s PRIZM lens technology at Sunglass Hut Hudson Yards.

Inspired by Vessel, one of New York City’s most recognizable landmarks, I translated its complex geometry into a detailed 3D model, making for a challenging and rewarding design exercise. The final piece was a 3D printed miniature structure, paired with laser-cut acrylic perches to support a display pair of Oakley Sutro sunglasses.

I also designed a custom base with integrated, battery-powered LED lighting to enhance visibility and draw attention in-store.
